Balochistan Restaurant is a remarkable experience I would wholeheartedly recommend. As someone living in Staten Island, it was a pleasant surprise to find a restaurant serving authentic Baloch cuisine within driving distance. From the moment you step inside, you're immersed in the rich culture and ambiance of Balochistan. The decor is deeply reflective of the Baloch people. Toward the back, two mannequins dressed in traditional attire greet you, while the walls feature portraits of historical figures like Chakar the Great. The furniture is beautifully adorned with Balochi embroidery and tapestry, and traditional sofas with Baloch rugs line the dining area. Traditional Baloch instruments like the dambura, hang proudly on the wall, adding to the sense that you’ve momentarily stepped into Balochistan itself. For appetizers, we started with the chicken samosas. They had a unique flavor and texture that set them apart from other samosas I’ve tried. For our main course, we ordered the Full Leg of Baloch Mutton Sajji, which was impressively large, enough to serve five people. The meat was incredibly tender and melted in your mouth, while the perfectly cooked rice complemented it beautifully. It was absolutely worth both the wait and the price. We also tried the Chicken Quetta Karahi along with freshly baked Quetta naan. Everything was seasoned perfectly and bursting with flavor.

Everything was served to perfection, from the crispy samosas and flavorful chana chaat to the aromatic biryanis and grilled meats. They even made sure we had dates and tea to complete the traditional Iftar experience. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. I would say quantity of meet was very less in qabuli pulao there were only 2 or 3 small pieces of meet, m definitely gona tell them next time to work on it,even charge me extra butadd more meat.
